NASCSP members are state administrators of the U.S. DHHS Community Services Block Grants and the DOE Weatherization Assistance Program.

Energy Programs Consortium
The Energy Programs Consortium is a joint venture of the National Association of State Community Services Programs (NASCSP), representing state weatherization and community service programs directors; the National Association of State Energy Officials (NASEO), representing state energy policy directors; the National Association of State Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC), representing state public service commissioners; and the National Energy Assistance Directors' Association (NEADA), representing state directors of the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program.

National Community Action Foundation (NCAF)
NCAF is the Washington, D.C. advocate for the nation's Community Action Agencies. Check their site for the ARRA materials NCAF has provided for their local agency members.

Community Action Partnership (CAP)
Less involved with the WAP program, CAP is a national organization representing the interests of the 1,000 Community Action Agencies (CAAs) working to fight poverty at the local level.
