Good Jobs Livable Neighborhoods Project
The GJLN Project of Citizen Action of Wisconsin is working with the Wisconsin Laborers' District Council to address issues of job quality and job access for the statewide weatherization contracting and employment opportunities created through the influx of federal recovery dollars. They are also working with the Community Benefits Law Center to create responsible contracting language within the Community Workforce Agreement framework for additional energy efficiency programming.
